of Ortanique, against Chef Brendan Mica of Hot Tin Roof - home of Cuban Influenced, Bistro-Style Cuisine, where French Techniques are Highlighted with the Freshest Local Seafood and Seasonal Produce. The dinner will be held on Friday, June 10th at the famed Hot Tin Roof restaurant at the Ocean Key Resort in Key West. Our celebrity judges include the founding father of New World Cuisine – James Beard Award winning Chef Norman Van Aken, the most influential Mixologist of the past and the future decade: Tony Abou-Ganim, and famous winemakers.
